This group is made up of species from across the
galaxy. The true number doesn't really matter, suffice it to say there
are many. They've been around a while and they
all get along famously, contrary to what you might have been told. The
Ashtar Command functions locally.
You've no doubt heard about the DaVinci Code and the stir it
created. Source Coding is about
reprogramming the human condition with what was intended to be there,
free of fear and limitation. Love reigns supreme in this place, although
for some it becomes a trap.
These folks are about sharing what works for change. It's included as
an example and the list is much, much larger. Here you'll find pioneers
in many fields that are working to keep our people and planet healthy and harmonious.

Mastering the Art of Telepathy
Telepathy has been used throughout the centuries by adepts and novices alike.
Most often it has been used by our internal communication mechanisms in times of
emergency. Some are consciously aware and others experience moments of connections, not
always being aware of the occurrence. Using telepathy, and being open to the ebb
and flow of consciousness in yourself and others, is an important aspect of the
new living awareness becoming present on the planet, especially now that the
inner and outer worlds are merging as science is proving the realms of mystics.
The science of telepathy is still in its infancy due to lack of exploration,
let alone acceptance as natural, of the general public. According to a Tibetan
teaching, there is an interesting parallel between the three modes of of
telepathic work, their three techniques of accomplishment, and the three major
ways of communication on earth: instinctual, mental, and intuitional.
Understanding that a variety of 'inner' circuitry exists as a natural component
of creation is important.
The Beginner's Process...
The easiest way to
begin the practice of telepathy with another is quite simple, as are many of
these new arts and sciences. Trust that you can do it. Experiment when you can.
Be aware that your self-awareness will rise as you explore this science. Your
partner can be at any distance as the realms of thought have no barriers to time
and space. Ideally, it is good to have a picture of this person, even if only in
your mind's eye, as you will first focus on their face and look into their eyes.
It is advisable, when
first beginning, to spend some time stilling your mind, meditating or whatever
your normal process is to create the silence within. Then, simply picture your
partner's face in your mind's eye, feeling the love that you share in Oneness.
It is important to get in touch with your feelings at this point because it is
the emotion that will be the vehicle of the transmission and karmic laws apply
here as well. You will reap what you sew, in other words, so balance and
centeredness is imperative. Look into their eyes while you are feeling this
Oneness, no push, no pull... just feel the Oneness. Then you may begin to send
your message. The eye contact is a most important visual image.
Usually it is best to
start with short messages of an unusual topic so that you can verify with the
other more easily. Standard messages of love and light are good, yet they do not
provide the necessary uniqueness for you to check your results. Setting up a
specific time to send and receive allows you the opportunity to check for
specific results. Practicing this on a regular basis will begin to open your
senses to a vast resource of information only available to those who seek it
with an open heart and mind. In fact, prayer and meditation is a form of
telepathy that many use on a daily basis yet do not realize that the lines of
communication are indeed telepathic, using particular areas of the brain that
are dormant in most people.
As an example, let us
view the general understanding of our number of senses and brain use. According
to generally accepted information, we use around 10% of our brain with the
normal 5 senses. Now, doing the math of a simple ratio we find that there are
potentially 45 more senses available with the other 90% of our brain capacity.
Whether or not the latter is specifically true, it is undoubtedly logical to
infer we have many more senses available.
As you practice and become more adept at the art of telepathy, you may begin
to expand your contact list. It is also a good idea to make sure that you have
the other's permission to contact them as it can be quite startling if they are
not aware that you may be contacting them. It's always good to get permission for
anything you do... standard practice in consideration of others. Experiment with
the method.. enjoy it and have fun as it cannot be used for destructive
purposes. It can only be used with pure intent.. it is the LAW within the
constructs of the creation of the art of telepathy.
As you develop your skill, you may wish to contact other realms of time and
space as they all exist simultaneously. You may want to communicate with your
beloveds that have passed on from this physical reality. That is possible as
well, with no harm done on either side. It is a gift of Creator's Love for
Creation... being able to communicate with ALL THAT IS... wherever it is as
there truly is no separation in the Oneness of a life-friendly universe.
May
your life be enriched through the development and joy that this ability will
bring as it will demonstrate just how connected we all really are....

A Proof of Capacity
In 1976 I used this technique to communicate with a friend over 2,000
miles away. I was at Ball State University and he was in Canada at, staying at
his Grandfather's cabin for the summer. It was just before winter quarter,
though, and I was expecting him back. We had played around with telepathy the
year before, along with some other psychospiritual technologies, such as
facilitated OBEs and psychokinesis.
So one evening I decided to reach out to him and see if I could connect over the
couple thousand mile distance. It was early on a Saturday morning and I felt the
nudge to connect. Now sometimes we found that music had a particular supportive
role in the process, so I chose a tune by a band called White Witch, a song
aptly named "Help Me Lord." I laid down on the couch in my dorm room, closed my
eyes and just listened to the music for a bit to help me relax and get out of my
daily deliberations in my mind.
Once I got nice and relaxed, I began to picture his face. We always started with
picturing one's face. The old adage of 'the eyes are the gateway to the soul'
seemed to fit quite well. So as I pictured his face and began to look into his
eyes. As I looked into his eyes I grabbed him by the shoulders and held him up
in front of me. I could see his entire body in my mind's eye. I told him I was
getting a bit concerned because he hadn't come back yet and winter quarter was
due to start in less than two weeks.
He assured me he'd be back in time and then I notice his
girlfriend of they year before came into the conversation. I could see them both
plainly. The music was in the background and it seemed to provide a nice
foundation for the conversation. We spoke about the relationship we had, the
experiments we'd done and the successes we had around campus with others. It was
as though we were all in the same room together, talking freely about our
experiences and feelings.
Eventually our conversation came to a close,
synchronistically with the end of the song. We'd been talking for probably 5-7
minutes but in those spaces thoughts were exchanged rather than speaking words
so the conversation would have been much longer in person. I was satisfied that
I'd made the connection, pleased but not too surprised that Carolyn showed up
too. I had no idea where she was and neither did Gary, but we'd find out soon
enough. btw... the tune is featured below.
The following Friday I called his home to ask his parents
if they had heard from him yet. He answered the phone and spoke to me as though
he knew it was me on the phone. He was breathing a little heavy and it didn't
surprise me that he would know it was me. I asked why he was panting and he said
he had just pulled into the driveway. His parents had picked him up at the
airport in Indianapolis and had just returned to Chesterfield. He knew it was me
calling and ran into the house to answer the phone. We spoke for just a couple
of minutes, long enough for me to arrange a visit.
A couple hours later I showed up at his home. I knew his
parents from the year before and we had a short talk about the summer and a
little about school. We left a bit later and as we settled into the front seat
of my Opel GT I turned to him and blurted out, "Did you catch any flack last
weekend?" I figured it would be a way to broach the subject of my attempt to
communicate and determine whether it had happened or it was just my imagination.
He looked at me square in the eyes and said, "Yah, you
S.O.B.... I was sound asleep, felt somebody grab me by the shoulders and set me
up in bed. I opened my eyes and there was your face right in front of me. It was
pretty freaky I gotta tell you. You bitched about me not being at school yet and
then Carolyn showed up, too. We all talked for a while and then you both faded
out and I went back to bed." I was ecstatic that it worked!
About a week later, there was a postcard that arrived..
addressed to Gary in Carolyn's handwriting. It was a Krishna Camp postcard with
all the addresses of the locations on the west coast. The Santa Barbara address
was circled. The only thing written on the postcard besides his address was one
sentence... "Enjoyed the conversation." This was a major breakthrough. We proved
it was possible to communicate over thousands of miles and with the
surpise visit it showed that even subtle thoughts could summon participation.
Now we were all in our late teens at the time, so this
was something we had stumbled into as we explored the possibilities of
consciousness and our awareness within it. I've not seen Carolyn since, although
I feel her presence from time to time. Gary and I have lost touch, too. Our
lives obviously destined for other things, yet we had the opportunity to
experience some very profound events. One thing we learned was that this is
sacred work, done in unconditional love and complete surrender to All That Is.
See what you can do...
Practice with this... anticipate a
response.
